I love food–cooking it, researching it, writing about it, and, of course eating it! So much, in fact, that I wrote a cookbook called What, No Meat? Traditional Italian Cooking the Vegetarian Way. If it piques your interest at all, it’s available in both print and e-book formats at Bedazzled Ink, or from BarnesandNoble.com, and even Amazon.

I also started my own personal chef service (A Whisk In Time) in 2002, which allowed me to explore my love of cooking and share it with others.
I’ve been in the publishing industry for over (gasp!) 20 years. I’ve done editing, production management, desktop layout, and myriad other tasks that are involved in the publishing process. Right now, I am a freelance editor and writer looking for that right job that will keep me in jewels, expensive cars, and world cruises. Actually, I’m just looking for something that will cover my mortgage, bills, and allow me to take the occasional trip and try out new foods and restaurants every now and then.
Oh, yeah, and I’m currently a student in the Chef Training Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute for Health & Culinary Arts.
I am a member of the Food Bloggers Association, The International Food Wine and Travel Writers Association (IFWTWA), and Women Chefs & Restaurateurs.
